Food is my passion. I have an adventurous palate and enjoy cooking. I’ve always harboured a fantasy about being a travel and food writer. With the popularity of blogging, I can now indulge my food writing fantasy.
This blog is about my adventures in the kitchen. I live with my husband in a small flat with a tiny kitchen, but it is MY kitchen 
Culinary Escapade will chronicle my kitchen experiments and my explorations of the Montreal food scene.
While I tend to make Asian dishes more often than others, this is by no means an Asian food blog. I will be cooking dishes from other parts of the world. I just happen to really like Asian food.
