Culinary Escapade

I love salmon. It is easily my favorite fish. I particularly like smoked salmon,

I’ve always loved fish cakes. However, the fish cakes I am accustomed to are the kind found in the Carribean.

This is a great use for prosciutto and sundried tomatoes.

Out of all the recipes demonstrated at the Bombay Sapphire event at Le Local Restaurant in Old Montreal, this was my favorite.
