Culinary Escapade

In my quest to cut down on carbs, I decided to try my hand at making some no flour baked goods.

My sister just came back from a week long trip to Jamaica. She brought back some Tortuga rum cakes

I grew up in Greek neighbourhood in Montreal. Or at least Park Extension use to be a Greek neighbourhood.

I am on a new baking adventure. Seeing as it is the holiday season, I decided to make something that relates to the Yuletide. My husband, as well as my father-in-law love fruit cake.
